What's the difference between IUL and whole life?

Whole life is built on certainty: level premiums and guaranteed cash value accumulation. Indexed Universal Life is built on flexibility and growth potential — cash value credits are linked to an index's movement, with a floor that helps protect accumulated value from market loss. Whole life prizes predictability; IUL trades some predictability for upside potential.

Is this an investment?

No. Legacy One offers fixed insurance products only — not securities and not investment advisory services. Life insurance and fixed annuities are insurance contracts issued by insurance carriers.

Can you promise a specific rate of growth on an IUL?

No, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. Illustrations show hypothetical scenarios based on carrier assumptions, caps, and participation rates. What we can discuss honestly is growth potential and protection from market loss.

How much coverage do I actually need?

It depends on income to replace, debts, dependents, and what you want to leave behind. That's exactly what the consultation is for — we look at your numbers before anyone talks about products.

Which states can you work in?

We're licensed in Florida and adding states as new licenses are issued. That's why every form asks for your state of residence — if we aren't licensed where you live yet, we'll tell you plainly instead of proceeding.

What does the consultation cost?

Nothing. It's a conversation about your family, your goals, and whether a plan makes sense. There's no obligation to buy anything.
